CITIZENS for Sanctuary is a CITIZEN Organising Foundation campaign to secure justice for people fleeing persecution and rebuild public support for sanctuary. The Commission published Interim Findings in March 2008, and then three reports of conclusions and recommendations in Summer 2008. You can download the full version of each report and separate sections of each report. If you are pushed for time, there are executive summaries at the start of each report.
